Eternal Return debuts “Once Only” on 2/23/21

With great pride and excitement we introduce a new International progressive ensemble. It seems quite long ago that five musicians from around the world could meet in a foreign city to record an album in-person, but that’s just what we did. These outstanding and unique musicians had worked together in duos and trios but never as a quintet. They come from Venezuela, England, Estonia, California & Germany and met in Berlin to form this band. The result is something flowing and hypnotic, mysterious yet comforting. The strange studio environment (a former munitions factory and Stasi HQ) allowed us to explore emotions and sounds that were echoing in our bloodstreams: late-period Talk Talk, David Sylvian’s solo work, maybe even some echoes of This Mortal Coil. We will be premiering a track-by-track listening over the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
